So, for a school project, I’m supposed to “experience something” that I haven’t before, so I thought it would be fun to go vegan for a week, to see what its like.
I’m also considering making this a more permanent change in my life, and becoming a vegetarian/vegan, but I’d like to know more about it.
I was wondering if any of you would be willing to share with me what you think about being a vegetarian, what health benefits there are, if it helps with weight-loss. etc.
